About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Purchasing Clerk. The Purchasing Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process by assisting with purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and efficient procurement of goods and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.

  • Establishes and maintains recordkeeping system for purchasing department.

  • Coordinating with the receiving department to ensure goods are received as per the purchase order or orders that have been rescheduled.

  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that orders are delivered on time.

  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.

  • Performs other related tasks and assumes responsibilities as may be assigned by proper authority.

  • Process cash and reimbursement requests for FOOD PROCUREMENT.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English, Filipino

  • With purchasing function background

  • Willing to work in Merville, Parañaque
